Intertrust can provide a plug-n-play solution comprising all administrative services related to the period prior to establishment of the fund as well as administrative services once the fund has been established. In cooperation with our extensive network of external specialists, such as law firms and audit firms, we can provide or coordinate a fund’s total administrative needs.
Typical tasks: Accounting (recording transactions, maintaining partner capital accounts, calculating and processing capital calls and distributions)
Reporting (preparing monthly or quarterly investor reporting packages, statutory financial reporting)
Compliance support and reporting, proposing and implementation of compliance policies, routines and ethical guidelines (preparing any and all reports to the relevant supervisory authority, proposing and implementing compliance processes such as anti-money-laundering, AIFMD and know your client “KYC” processes)
Day to day legal and company secretary services (organizing general partner and investment committee meetings, preparing corporate resolutions)
Management and administration of special purpose vehicles (setting up and administering SPV’s for investments or co-investment structures, including full service administration and provision of directors or managers)
