The aim of The Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries (IFU). The Investment Fund for Central and Eastern Europe (IØ) and The Investment Fund for Emergin Markets (IFV) is to invest in financially viable projects in cooperation with Danish companies and partners in the host countries.

The funds provide financing in the form of share capital and/or loans.

During the preparatory work, the partners can benefit from the funds´ investment experience and contacts to financial, public and private sectors in the host countries.

One the project is established, the funds participate with a working member on the board of directors.

Upon the project company´s consolidation, the funds withdraw from the project, normally after 5-7 years.
